Phoenix Pride 2025: dates, parade, lineup

Phoenix Pride returns in 2025 for its 44th year of celebrating, uplifting, and uniting the LGBTQ+ community and its allies in the heart of the Arizona desert. Taking place over the weekend of October 18-19 at Steele Indian School Park, this two-day festival is a vibrant mix of entertainment, activism, and community spirit - and it’s one of the most inclusive events of its kind in the Southwest.

 

What to Expect at Phoenix Pride 2025

 

With an expected 55,000+ attendees, Phoenix Pride is a major event in the LGBTQ+ calendar and continues to grow in size and significance each year. In 2024, over 300 corporations, local businesses, and organizations came together to support the festival, showing just how much momentum and community backing this event holds.

The 2025 Phoenix Pride Festival is set to be one of its most exciting editions yet, offering a vibrant mix of performances, community spaces, and immersive experiences across the park. Guests can look forward to more than 150 live acts spread across five dynamic stages, featuring everything from local talent and drag royalty to high-energy DJs and surprise celebrity appearances.

The Pride Parade will start at 10am on October 19th, departing from 3rd Street & Thomas, and will end at 3rd Street and Indian School.

With over 300 exhibitors, the festival showcases a rich variety of LGBTQ+ businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations, alongside curated merchandise and helpful resources. Food lovers will be spoilt for choice thanks to a wide selection of local food trucks and diverse culinary offerings, while several craft cocktail bars will be serving up refreshing drinks under the Arizona sun.

Art and expression take center stage at the Arts Expo, which highlights queer creativity across multiple mediums. The Dance Pavilion promises non-stop beats for those ready to move, while the Main Stage hosts headline performances that bring the whole community together.

 

A Celebration with Purpose

 

Beyond the fun and festivities, Phoenix Pride continues to highlight the ongoing civil rights issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community. The festival serves as a platform for education, advocacy, and fundraising for the Phoenix Pride Community Programs, which provide year-round support to LGBTQ+ individuals in Arizona.

The event also welcomes government officials, public services, and corporate sponsors, all showing visible support for LGBTQ+ equality and inclusion.
